Watching another classic. "Class of 1999", a real Robocop style piece of art. Buck, you must know it
Title sounds vaguely familiar, haven't seen it (yet?) though. You know, I don't just watch any random drivel!
Bah, who am I kidding
Malcolm X - First time I saw it. Good movie, never boring despite the lengthy runtime.
Carriers - Another one of those recent post apocalyptic thrillers. Nothing special with a somewhat lacking story, but still decent enough.
Dial M For Murder - Nice. The entire movie pretty much takes place in 1 single location, but the dialogue & plot are intelligent enough to keep it interesting until the last minute. Up next in my Hitchcock cycle is probably The Wrong Man.
Franklyn - Pretty bad. A pretty clear example of style over substance (plot is nonsense), too bad that the style itself isn't any good either most of the times. Thankfully Eva Green was a lead in this movie, which made it bearable since she isn't too hard on the eyes. Quite the contrary.
I also finally got around to watching
The Hangover. Funny, but not even close to being as good as I had hoped & expected.
