I don't really base everything off of Syriana. It does offer some insight into that world, though, as former CIA agent Bob Baer has written.

As opposed to fantasy, like Predator.

But come on, these Predator films are simply dumb. What are you, a toddler?

Just because it's fantasy or make believe doesn't take away from it's credibility as a film. This one is produced by Robert Rodriguez and casted Adrien Brody and Lawrence Fishbourne in the lead roles. Not that I expect it to be Oscar worthy or anything, but it should be some decent fun.

Anyway the only reasons I'm going to see this one are I want to see a movie, I need a break from the monotony of my internship and it's free (I wouldn't see it otherwise).

Plus the Predator movies amuse me. Some people watch movies to be amused.

I watched Adventureland for the second time. It's becoming something of a favourite of mine. Great soundtrack, funny, sweet and smart, and it resonates with my own life at that age.

Really good movie. And that soundtrack is indeed brilliant.

The old Predators were pretty amusing too. And the trailer of the new one looks pretty inviting as well. B movie fun!

It's not. That's why Hitchcock made lots of them I wish someone could fill his shoes.
