Never listen to girls when it comes to movies.
Or Fred.

Here's the list of movies I saw in the past week from which you can pick

21 Grams - A little uneven in the beginning, but if you want to watch a good movie this is it.
Kickass - A good laugh and you'll pass time quickly.
She's out of my league - Same as above.
Righteous Kill - If you like Robert De Niro or Al Pacino or both, you can watch this one. Else not a big deal.

Or if you haven't seen it already, watch Batman Begins. Just to piss Fred off :D

Due to his gay avatar, Asif is included in the "girls" category too.

Blood Diamond
Alpha Dog
Catch Me If You Can
Memento
Gay, doesn't mean girl kid. You'll someday understand when you grow up.

Alpha Dog, I haven't seen or heard of that. Time to google

Listen to Christina Aaron. Just got back and to be honest it was absolutly awful. The storyline was a joke, the script writer needs to be shot and the actors should retire now.

I've just turned the 1987 movie on and that blows this one right out of the water.
Thanks man. I'll probably just wait for it on DVD. The Washington Post gave it a good review, but I've heard really good things about the Greek and was leaning that direction anyway.

Alpha Dog is a great movie.
 how are you still allowed to post on this thread with such input
there was nothing 'great' about Alpha Dog.
It has it's moments. A good cast, but it just doesn't really go anywhere. I expected a bit more from John Cassavetes son. None of the actors put on a performance better than just ok.

If you liked the concept of the film (the whole true life murder thing) I recommend Bully. It's way better and it actually leaves an imprint on it's audience. The only similarity is you will probably hate these kids too, which I think is ok.
