I looked in their FAQ, and they don't support PS3/PS4 at the moment. HDMI is something I really don't want to go back to.

Then open it and follow these instructions to install the Primewire channel:
It should be pretty easy. Once it's done, go to videos and look for a channel there named Phoenix (the other ones are just as good though); double click and there you'll see about 10 channels, you got movies, live sports, whatever you want. Rockcrusher for 1080p new releases is my favorite.
