Whenever someone wants to make a horror comedy now they will always have to refer to how shawn of the dead it. Also shaun of the dead was very original but also very british. And iv watched the tv show that spawned the film 'spaced' quite a lot.
I watched both seasons of Spaced a few months ago. Some brilliant bits, but as a whole, I don't think it's that good. Maybe my expectations were too high though.
