I'm thinking about something and that is to make an organistaion to collect money and then to rent a professional killer and order him to kill Moratti
If you only killed Moratti, his heirs inherit. You'd have to execute the whole family.
Give me a plane ticket and a happy meal and I'll be on my way to Milano...
Join the queue! It would be worth the jail sentence.
If this is true, it'd be really great news...
We need a tougher guy to occupy the presidency seat in Juve
....And NOT that loon Lapo Elkan!
I just feel so sorry for all the players....I just hope their hard work in Serie B won't be in vain. It sucks when you are not beaten on the field....
They are probably bringing this out to try to affect our teams morale. Serie B is not yet won!
Trust me, even without Moggi (who was doing what everybody was doing back then) , the evil force behind all these would still find their way to fcuk us.
Even if Moggi had been whiter than white, this would have still happened, because the real corrupt person behind all this is a b*****d called moratti, aka c**tface.

Calciomercato say that Juve wont get penalised again? If thats true i dont know?

can sumone plz translate that in english........

Nothing to fear, say Juve Friday 13 April, 2007

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Juventus have issued a statement to reassure fans that today’s twist in the Calciopoli investigation will not see them punished further.

Public prosecutors in Naples are set to provide the Italian Football Federation with new evidence of alleged match-fixing during 2004-05, with some reports claiming that the Bianconeri could be hit again.

However, the Turin giants have this afternoon claimed that they have already paid the price for the misdemeanours of previous employees Luciano Moggi and Antonio Giraudo.

“The news reported in the newspapers today does not change the club’s conviction that it cannot be held responsible for any wrongdoing referred to the past management,” read a note on the club’s website.

“The players and the entire Juve staff have faced the Serie B championship with passion and professionalism, overcoming last summer’s crisis.

“The current managers are aware that a very high price was paid and that there are no pending issues with the sporting justice, and this has allowed them to plan the outfit’s future serenely.

“To the fans, who have never faltered in their support, Juventus can confirm their desire to start winning again and return to the very top of the world game.”

President Giovanni Cobolli Gigli had already distanced the outfit from claims that they were set for further penalisation after the stripping of two Serie A titles and demotion to Serie B with a nine-point deduction.

“We have to make it clear that Calciopoli didn’t start with Juventus,” the chief argued. “We’ve already paid the price for it, perhaps too much.

“After all, the decision to take away the 2006 Scudetto from us and hand it to Inter is still incomprehensible today.”

Dont jump the gun people. Moggi's appeal, where his lawyers have the full recordings of this past summer, is coming up I believe. The timing is a tad bit coincidental dont ya think?

The media are sensationalist assholes. 48 new ppl, only 2 from Juventus (the same 2), and they have made Juve the center of this, again. Its pathetic school girl gossip journalism, with no fact or proof to back up their claims other than to tap into ppl's hate for Juve.

We all know how corrupt the sportive justice was last time. Inconsistencies and contradictions on record show this.

I don't know when the Agnelli would come to the point to stand no more of this BS. Really guys if sb consider corruption dead in football he must be flat stupid.
Bribery is by means a democracy of society. Everyone could bribe it is just a matter of money. I am sure that the family owning half of Italy might find a way to 'deal' with Inter. I am quite sure - The Horse FACED bitch is close to raising hell. And I do believe that they call us the 'mafia club' for some reason and I do also believe that this reason is yet to be shown...
If Intersuckers think that this is over - it is far from over. And the fact is that it is their side to be sacrificed to level the equation. Somebody is trying to use the same tricks as last year, IMO the american president said it simple "Fool me once, shame on you... FOOL ME TWICE...... YOU CAN'T FOOL ME TWICE". I am sure there are people that can deal with Inter by other means - not only 'court justice'. Because as of recent time - the court is just another level of combat, that is manipulated by one (OBVIOUS) side. Justice is BLIND, but only for Moratti deeds.
That is the reason I consider all of this useless crap.
I'm also thinking that we finally should use our power. Just imagine what could happen if FIAT decide to fire his employers, I know this will never happen but I wanted to show just a little bit of power that FIAT and Agnelli's have. They feeding half of Italy and they can definitly do something good for Juve and they should.

Don't be fooled by the media, never.
I already posted this somewhere, I'm gonna repost it here:

Don't be alarmed, the news is just that the prosecutor office in Neaples closed the investigation they have been working on for the last 3 years and they informed the investigated persons of it.
It was totally expected: after 3 years of spending the public money for this and with a whole year under the spotlight, it's not like they could say "Hey, yeah, you know, we were wrong, it was a total waste of money, so, have a nice day!".

The investigation is always on the 2004-05 season, all things that (if true) we already paid for. (Interesting is that for the false turnovers case Figc is going slow as hell and for us the media report them as already in turmoil  )

If it can be of assurance, here is a statement of lawyer Stagliano, ex viceprosecutor of Figc:

Calciopoli bis: avv. Stagliano: 'La Juve non rischia nuove sanzioni'

He says that we already have been condemned for the whole 2004-05 (remember the illogical "structural illicit" I often told you about?). Messina, on the other hand, was not judged last summer, but in their case it would just be objective responsability, not that we should care.

Anyway, Moggi has been looking forward to being able to discharge himself in Napoli, saying he has many and many documents to present in his favour. We'll wait and see.

Wasn't Moggi's appeal sometime in April as well? His lawyers have the recording's, I imagine the real calciogate part 2 lies in those.

in some of those matches, these are some players who missed the game vs Juve: Simone, I repeat Simone Inzaghi, Giandomenico Mesto, freakin' Petruzzi, Nastase who?, Wiliam "shitty defender" Viali...

How many more talented players missed their games vs Inter this year? A LOT and do you hear the media talk about it? NO

so screw everybody!!!

There has to be a reason for the timing of this announcement.

Whatever the reason - and I'm inclined to believe that it is motivated by anti Milan - Juventus parties with corruption at the core - Internazionale interests have more than likely been pulling the strings behind the scenes.

One of the likely intentions would be to disrupt the buying prospects of the clubs that are 'implicated' in the so-called 'revelations' designed to add more punishment in to the 'guilty parties'.

One thing is for sure and it is this. Juventus football club has paid big-time for what has happened over the last three seasons. The monetary loss to club cannot be underestimated given the loss of sponsorship, advertising and attandence revenues, particularly from the loss of European competition, and the low attendances in Serie B.

My advice to the management and legal teams at Juve is this. Proceed with your plans to redevelop the club and particularly so with transfer deals. If the club was to hesitate over its future direction because of this it is the equivalent of signing its death warrant. This is what the so-called prosecutors would want and this will lead to a loss of confidence in the club.

One thing is for sure - we have paid the penalty and enough is enough!!!!

Not to mention how badly Juve are being treated in Serie B this season...

not a single penalty awarded till our 47532th game...

nedved and trez's suspension....

Machisio's red card....even Buffon got red carded once....:disagree:

This is old news we were punished. for us it is finished. i am not sure if anyone else will be getting in trouble now but that is their problem.

All this controversy makes me even more excited about our future stomping of Inter. They must be so scared of when they play us next season, everone on our team will play the game like they are Apollo or something. We willl pwn them beyond their wildest imaginations.

As for Gallianni suing for the 2005 scudetto ..well that is very hypocritical cuz did he not say inter shold not be awarded the 2006 one?

I will enjoy the game with milan next season too :)

i feel the reason we are bringing tacchi back in the summer is to use him to single handedly destroy the whole inter team ... he will be their Bane
