this is retarded. Why wouldnt they gather all the evidence and then build a case against us? We go down to serie b, we earn our way back, and we get sent to serie b again just because these idiot's are looking at new games? This is ridiculous......

I remember our club said once that they could go complie a vid to show that Milan and Inter got more favouritism from the refs than we did.

I say go ahead and make it.

Then we wait and see who still wants to claim any voided scudetti.

Inter might as well give the last one back!

Bastards.

Not tying to defend Moggi, but Moggi did what everybody else was doing. He was just the best at it so we took the entire fall. So I say fuck that and fuck FIGC. We paid the price, we've been through hell and cleaned up, unlike the other clubs. FFS Milan is in the semi finals despite their part in it. Inter have been handed our scudetto despite the charges that came up against them. Enough is enough, give us a fuckin break ffs!
call me ignorant, but i didn't know everyone was doing this shit, u guys know something that i don'? (there must be something)...

sorry, only way i see Juve games is thx to torrents, and thats why i registered on these forums, to keep myself kinda closer to the vecchia signora...

Why don't you all just calm down before buying into the media hysteria? So no, it doesn't look like we have started begging for the paper Scudetto (yet)

A.C. MILAN OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT
4/13/2007
In regards to the new data that appears to be emerging from the legal proceedings at the Naples attorney general, A.C. Milan reserve every evaluation until after the examination of the relative documents.

http://www.acmilan.com

Anyways, I doubt much would happen to Juventus. Making a fanfare out of Calciopoli again will only drain the league's collective pockets. Stop getting your knickers in a twist. Juve will be in contention for Scudetto, Milan will play in CL, Inter will be losers again and everything will go back to normal. (or so I hope)

Lunedì Borrelli a Roma, via all'inchiesta sportiva: pericolo penalizzazione in questo campionato. Il Messina rischia la retrocessione in serie B per responsabilità oggettiva. Arbitri: stagione già finita. E Paparesta non si presenta nel ritiro di Coverciano.

Moggi: "Ma quali schede telefoniche? Tutte balle. E La Juve stia tranquilla...". Il sarcasmo dell'ex dg: "A Torino ervaamo preoccupati di Mesto e l'abbiamo fatto squalificare".

Welcome to this forum! Fans from rival clubs often don't have it easy here at the beginning, but if you are a relaxed person and your main objective isn't provocation you will enjoy your stay here. There is a another Milan Fan here (Kaka) who fit very fast in our community and participates in our discussions. Sometimes we make friendly jokes about each others clubs, but there are no flame wars. I hope it will be the same with you.

I think your first post already hit "it". We have to be calm and wait what's happening.

Disgraced former Juventus director general Luciano Moggi has laughed off new accusations in the second wave of Calciopoli.
With the closure of the Naples investigation, there are allegations that he provided referees with Swiss SIM cards that were considered ‘safe’ from wiretapping.
“What Swiss cards? I gave nothing to anybody, it’s totally ridiculous,” Moggi told ‘La Repubblica’ newspaper.
With the latest accusations levelled at Juventus, there are reports the club could face further sanctions just as it is about to re-enter Serie A following their summer demotion.
“Who said Juve will be involved? No chance! Juventus have already paid more than enough of a price. I really don’t see how they could be dragged into it again, especially as there’s nothing to it.”
The ex-director general reserved his most barbed comments for the claims that Salvatore Racalbuto booked Reggina full-back Giandomenico Mesto in the game against Messina so that he would be suspended for the next match with Juve.
“I read that story and fell about laughing. Please – imagine how we were quaking in our boots at the thought of Mesto coming to Turin…”
Naples prosecutors have finally closed their match-fixing probe after almost a year and have named 48 people who they suspect of wrongdoing, a standard step before possible criminal charges are issued.
“The contacts took place via phone calls, thanks to secret SIM cards that were provided by Moggi to designators Paolo Bergamo and Pier Luigi Pairetto, to Messina’s sporting director Mariano Fabiani, to referees Gianluca Paparesta, Salvatore Racalbuto, Stefano Cassarà, Antonio Dattilo, Paolo Bertini, Marco Gabriele, Tiziano Pieri, Massimo De Santis and Marcello Ambrosino,” read a note released by the Naples prosecutors.

The judge in charge of the first Calciopoli trial assures Juventus cannot be punished again, but Messina could face heavy sanctions.
The Naples public prosecutors concluded their investigation yesterday and released a list of 48 people suspected of wrongdoing, a standard step before possible criminal charges are issued.
Once again the match-fixing allegations rotate around former Juve director general Luciano Moggi (pictured), accused of providing Swiss SIM cards to referees and designators to contact them without being traced.
However, the Bianconeri seem to be safe from further punishment after their summer demotion to Serie B.
“What do Juventus risk? Our decision did not examine individual incidents, as we had to rule on a ‘climate’ created to favour Juventus,” explained Piero Sandulli, the judge in charge of the Federal Court that sent the club to Serie B with a 17-point penalty – later reduced to nine on appeal.
“If these new games under investigation are part of that ‘climate’, I doubt that Juventus can risk anything else in disciplinary terms. It would be a sporting matter that had already been sentenced.”
The same cannot be said of Messina, who play a role in the Naples investigation and were in fact saved from relegation by Calciopoli, as Juve’s demotion freed up a space in the top flight.
“Messina do run a risk in this case,” confirmed Sandulli to the ‘Gazzetta dello Sport.’ “We were told nothing about their role from the public prosecutors in the CAF or the Federal Court. Messina’s is a new case there was only the briefest mention of, so I don’t think it was analysed by the sporting justice system.”
Sandulli also gave his view on the new element in the Moggi scandal – the Swiss SIM cards used by referees.
“A reserved SIM card in itself is not illegal, even if it is very strange. It becomes sporting fraud if that card is used to make phone calls in order to fix a match or anything else. In any case, it is odd. I doubt these mobile phones were ‘reserved’ to call their wives and say they were coming home for dinner…”

Moggi laughs off new allegations Saturday 14 April, 2007

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Disgraced former Juventus director general Luciano Moggi has laughed off new accusations in the second wave of Calciopoli.

Let's look into the depth of these accusations, with 2 nice examples:

Luciano Moggi - Fabiani e Paparesta avrebbero condizionato la partita del 30 Gennaio 2005 Sampdoria Siena al fine di far squalificare Inzaghi e "in relazione all'incontro Juventus-Sampdoria 1-0 del 2 Febbraio 2005".
Luciano Moggi, Fabiani e Paparesta have fixed the match played on Jan. 30th 2005, Sampdoria Siena, so to get Inzaghi banned, in relation to the match Juventus Sampdoria 1-0, played on Feb. 2nd 2005.

Other suspects are on Udinese-Brescia (maybe you remember it, cause one of the 2 teams scored a gol when the keeper was on the floor injuried). Moggi would have made so that Pinzi, Muntari e Di Michele got booked, so that they couldn't play the following match (that was against us). In that same match Jankuloski got sent off.

Now, +rep to whoever (except those who already know it :D) will able to point out what makes these two accusations ridiculous
