Of course there are the tactics, but the difference between Sarri and other great managers is the he doesn’t seem to motivatie the players, as he isn’t a guy who get a lot of credits for his personality, history etc.

Zidane for example is the perfect people manager. He’s the guy players are willing to follow anywhere.

I think that is the case when he coaching in Chelsea, maybe because he cannot communicate in English makes it more difficult

Yeah that's the right term. I agree that I can see Pirlo being a similar kind of coach to Zidane. He also commands respect from players. But let's also remember that there is a much longer list of former great players who are failed coaches than there are successful ones.

Someone like Sarri is as much a polar opposite to Zidane as I can think of, if you consider their backgrounds in life and football.

Yep, Klopp is the best man manager from the top coaches. I have watched a few of his interviews and he is very down to earth, passionate, funny and charismatic dude. I can see why players are willing to give a 100% for him on the pitch.

I don't think he will want to leave Liverpool soon. He just won them the title, the squad is good, Premiership is the richest league in the world and he seems ready for more records and trophies with the team he build.

TBH if we want a manager who will bring an offensive system we should look at Erik ten Hag form Ajax. The other similar top coaches are unavailable at the moment - Zidane, Klopp, Guardiola. But I'm not sure if Zidane is actually a one-trick pony manager though.

I personally prefer tacticians who are able to use many systems and know how to defend. That's why I would like to bring back Allegri.

I think Klopp is manager that love with project, his ultimate project with Liverpool is to take them winning EPL again
And the most challenging projects available right now is to bring 8 consecutive back to back Serie A winner to winning Champions League again

another Project that will intrigue Klopp is, to manage Newcastle (if Prince Salman bought Newcastle)

Way too much Italian bias is hurting Juve.

I fully understand and appreciate that Juve are an Italian team and need some italian DNA in them. But Juve tries too damn hard..

way too much garbage (bernardeschi, sarri) and past their primes (bonucci, barzagli, buffon) are kept 100% because they are italian. in spite of the fact that their gameplay actually hurts juve.

this team has become unwatchable. completely unwatchable. i dont if a team loses. its impossible to watch a bunch overpaid drama queens chugging along on the field like they could care less, get humiliated shrug it off and go cash them paychecks..

Juve is going to go downhill fast if we dont get rid of this peice of garbage napoli reject.

Then at this point his ideas clearly don't work with this group of players and he needs to switch things up oh but he don't do that.

Juve will win the scudetto inspite of sarri because of overwhelming talent. nothing is improving with Sarri. people think next season some kind of magic button will go off, or a light will fire under sarris rearside. and he will get this team of 30 somethings into glory a year later...

Im not sure what he said that you are mad about? Sarri does want us to play at a high tempo and we have played very slow the last few years. Serie a is a slow league and we are not use to playing quick. When we do we look good but the risk is when the tempo drops you can get hammered.

Its why Max would slow down like Tach said.
Sarri needs to do a better job keeping the pace high and demand it from his team though bc at some point you have to have the respect of the players and compete. Im not sure any of the players have his back right now either which is also a flaw of his

Barzagli is a very good example thats still relevant... Buddy was almost on a wheelchair before juve finally let him retire. i bet paratici wanted him back this season too.

We need to play like JUVENTUS. In addition to manager change, our players need to show more grit, determination and comitment to this shirt. Unfortunately current generation of football players have gone astray, too soft, weak and their combatitive spirit is more resembling of women's curling club. JUVENTUS have always been praised for grit, detemination, never die attitude, our players didnt know any other way. Currently we are playing more like Roma or Napoli type of clubs that we use to make fun of.
