I can see Pep going back to Barca. Barca will lose league to Zidane and crash out before final again in CL. They also have some presidental elections going on there. They have lost their identity and Pep is the man to revival them also his last chance to coach Messi who is not getting younger.

It’s waaay overblown. It’s not a Lecce midfield. When you’re dominated by a Verona side who’s coming from a tough midweek match you surely have bigger problems. Nobody can say our midfield personnel are worse than Milan and Verona with a straight face.

Gee why set the bar that high? I’d say since league is strong, even being runner up in Serie A is good for first season. Lazio has a very good midfield too, so even a third is not half bad. We have to be realistic.

The problem is instead of struggling at beginning and gradually improving as the season goes by, players adapting to different methods, etc, after half a year we are actually looking a lot worse now than few months ago. Where was Liverpool when Klopp took them over? Sarri inherited a winning team in comparison and considering the age of several of our top players, we have no time to wait.
Truer words couldn't have been said. But I still think Klopp is levels above Sarri, not only as a tactician but as a motivator which to is even more important than the former. He manages to get his squad into such a state of mind that they'd go to war for him. Same reason why I like Pep.

It’s hard to answer that question since we have the benefit of the hindsight. But there were less at stake at pool for Klopp given that they haven’t won the league for many years. We’re not in the same situation. Klopp’s first season also had some memorable performances like overturning a 3-1 deficit to beat Dortmund 3-4 in EL, so there was something to be hopeful for if you were a pool fan.
if i get gordo's point right, he means that sarri should have the opportunity to build a team for his own football.
thing is that's not how juventus operates, and i doubt the club would change its m.o. because of any coach, let alone sarri. we work with market opportunities, freebies, potential capital gain making assets (besides some rare cases like cr/higuain), and the club rarely lets the coach decide on any mercato related question. it's not like i prefer our methods, but it is what it is.
and that's probably why a flexible coach worked for this management the best so far. there's no absolute scale for coaches, i still think conte is more influential than allegri. but with conte sticking to his own ideas too much, allegri was a much better fit. sarri is known to be a particularly stubborn person, and he'll never change how the club works, so it's a pointless experiment on the long run. i still hope he wins at least a scudetto for us. he absolutely has the squad for it.

Im not convinced he will make us a better team this year or in 3 years with full faith behind him but we wont know in 6 months. You have to break basic traits of a team that knows eachothers movements. Now the same players are there but movements are changing as well as shape and then throwing a bunch of injuries.
