I heard the other day on television that there are 2 options: intense physiotherapy for 6-8 weeks with the risk of the problems getting back after a while, or surgery and in that way he won’t be able to played for a few months (don’t remember how many months exactly).

Anyway I won’t be surprised if we don’t see him in the first months of next season. This situation is unacceptable and we should be very grateful to De Ligt that he wants to play in this situation, as it’s getting a very big problem now.

Yeh is worrysome.

The obvious choice is surgery right now,.... but then theres the end season games and the CL...

tough decition.

We could even win the CL in this weird year. It would be totally Juventus like to win it in this CL ravaged by covid.

Report: De Ligt decides against stop

Juventus defender Matthijs de Ligt has reportedly made himself available and decided to play through the shoulder problems, ready to contribute during the Serie A run-in and in the Champions League next month.
Tuttosport claims the Dutch centre-back has decided against an operation, as Maurizio Sarri struggles to replace him in the side, should he be absent for the remainder of the season.

Giorgio Chiellini is struggling to recover from his long-term injury, Merih Demiral has only just returned to training and Daniele Rugani has not convinced at the Allianz Stadium in recent weeks.
Reports claimed De Ligt was faced with a dilemma ahead of the last month of the season, still struggling with a shoulder injury since November last year.
The youngster will have to operate to resolve the problem once and for all but the newspaper claims he has decided to wait until the season has been concluded.
He should therefore be available for the last phase of the season and a potential mini tournament in Portugal to decide the Champions League.
