You see this club? Any club? Hell, any sports team? It's a business, not much more to it than that despite all the warm and fuzzy mottos and phrases, especially now more than ever. Mes que un club, what a load of bullshit. None of these teams really care much about us any more than McDonalds does, we're all just numbers to them at the end of the day and I wouldn't really expect anything more.

That said, why should anyone under any circumstances feel the absolute need to invest any time, support, effort, emotion, or money to any club? ....
Really? I guess I missed all that among the rubbish they offer in stores, monetizing basically anything, increasing ticket prices each year, etc... Its the way it works for a while. I look past that and enjoy the team on the pitch. It's a game of entertainment afterall and I find value in it, after 28 seasons it is still very satisfying to follow this club. Few bad years aint changing that. Im in for a long time.

And that's all good man. But how can you fault someone for deciding it's not worth it?

We needed to win here. Alas now we have like a 10% chance to go through

Would be embarrassing if Roma make the final and we don't but Allegro regime has normalized embarrassments and humiliations(it's part of his jihad) so another fist in the face for JJ fans along with everything we've had to endure this season off the pitch

Its not about that. Its about setting some conditions that club needs to fulfil so they can remain engaged. I find that funny and a bit disappointing. To each his own though. Its a shitty period, but we have always known things wont stay rosy forever. Several years like these were bound to happen.

It's not a matter of not worth it. This is a completely different Juventus from the one i started cheering for, the real fino alla fine from top to bottom.
The current juve is the antithesis of that. Not only does it stands for completely different values, but these new ones are utterly repugnant, if they were displayed by a person i would find nothing but contempt for them. Passive weakness and not doing all you can until the very end is pathetic, despicable and for losers. And i absolutely despise losers.

In the realm of football's grand design
Where strategies converge, intertwine
There dwells a tale of Allegri's reign
A maestro, yet at times, a tactician in pain.

With Juventus as his canvas, he stood
A brush in hand, seeking glory's flood
But amidst the triumphs, shadows would fall
For tactics failed, like a crumbling wall.

Oh, Allegri, your brilliance was renowned
But in certain battles, your flaws were found
A symphony conductor, conducting amiss
As discordant notes disrupted your bliss.

In Champions League's tempestuous field
Where dreams are made and hearts are healed
Alas, your plans often faltered and crashed
Leaving supporters disheartened, abashed.

In moments of reckoning, your choices arose
A puzzling array that left us in throes
For with every gem, there came a stone
And doubts crept in, leaving us alone.

From defensive fortresses built with might
To counterattacks that lacked true sight
The puzzle pieces failed to align
And victory slipped through fingers, malign.

Oh, Allegri, we admired your wit
But even geniuses sometimes submit
To the web of uncertainty, traps untold
And face the truth, that tactics can fold.

Yet, amidst the failures, lessons were learned
Through setbacks, new perspectives were earned
For in the crucible of defeat and despair
Growth emerges, if we truly dare.

So, Allegri, embrace the past's sting
Rekindle the fire that made your name ring
Forge new tactics with wisdom's sway
And lead your team towards a brighter day.

For in the tapestry of football's great stage
The stories of triumph and failure engage
And though tactics may crumble, hope remains
For tomorrow holds another chance, in football's domains.

The history of juve results against Spanish teams under allegri in knockout stages keep my dream alive for second leg. Come back against A.Madrid and R.Madrid, two wins against barca with 3 goals margin and two wins out of four matches in the face with Sevilla. There are few of matches that he lost to spanish teams.
Sadly a couple of those losses occurred at the most important stage.

I would like to think this is all temporary.

Hopefully.

Think of it more along the lines of "why should I help you if you won't help yourself?"

And the sentiment above exists as well too.
