Allegri is a good coach, but he's more technical / tactical. Unfortunately for us, and for him, we've changed the team so much that we're actually back to needing a coach like Conte, who can instill iron discipline and grinta in the squad, and make the team organized again.

Allegri is not that man. It's sad, but he must be replaced right now.

I'm starting to feel that the uncertainty in the line ups, formation and constant drama over who should start is affecting this squad more than Ranieri and his tinkering. It maybe time for a change
It's like team always needs to spend the first half just to settle and get an idea of how to play with a new system of the day. The only one with a video game menatlity here is Allegri.

:agree:

The argument that Allegri cannot build a team looks to be true.

He did a great job fine tuning a very disciplined and successful team last year.

We need discipline, tactics and structure. It doesn't seem like Allegri can bring this.

The issue is even if we fire him were faced with the same problem:
A squad made up of players without creativity. No top class goal scorers. No real width in the squad. Disjointed mix of player positions: 3gks, 3lbs, 2rbs, 4cbs, 8cms, 1rm, 4cfs

Any manager that takes over will be unable to fit their best players in a lineup that works. Last year it was so clear who our starting 11 should be. Now?
