Quite the lofty assertion. You must think Loca is the new Pirlo.

no I said vidal and loca..and Who said the pirlo type is the be all and end all of what we need for CL? We need a driving force in that middle, energy, a guy with 3 lungs and ability to score, to stop the opponents "pirlo"from supplying the ball, to kill the de Bruynes.. to help the CBs mark..pirlo do those? A pirlo would be nice but just as much would a peak Vidal. Hell if we had pirlo we'd still need Vidal who would protect him bent? Rabiot?

I really liked how he was very clear about his expectations for Ronaldo, Chiellini, Bonucci and Dybala also. We´ve had poor coaching the last couple of years but a lot of these senior players haven´t stepped up individually either especially leadership wise.

Can´t wait for the season to begin.

"At this moment to say who and how we will play is very difficult. I'll think about it when I have everyone available, next week. Then I'll have to get create a balance. We have to play well and get results."

Key word there that he has been repeating for years - balance.

We missed this for 2 years and fucked ourselves big time.
Fuck how we’ve missed this genius. And the way he would prepare us for most big games :delpiero:

Always finding the right balance beforehand and not afraid to make changes during the game that would totally fuck with the opposition.

It’s going to be a fun season.

He is the only silver lining in these last couple of years. I couldn’t care less about this summer’s mercato, the only plausible addition would be Locatelli. Might as well save the limited funds we have and trust Max to bring the best out of the team’s youth. Forza Max and Juve!

Quite a few Italian journalists read Max's conference as a stop to CR7's "I do what I want", both position wise on the pitch and playing time. Does anyone have this notion too? That there will be no more special treatment anymore? I haven't watched it, just read some quotes and I can't see a single comment suggesting that...

Surely Allegri has a stronger position than he had before, also way stronger than Sarri and Pirlo. I think it'd be nice if CR7 was rotated much more, keep him fucking fresh for CL for once. We can win Serie A with the other attacking players too, just bring back some balance to this team.

Yeah the papers get this impression that CR will be Allegri's puppet, not vice versa. Time to take control, yessir

I love his back with us and my hopes are high again after we've replaced him with that hateful Sarriball and Pirlo's thesis, two amateurish moves as we almost all agree... the bar is really low now so success is basically warranty already
