But I seriously doubt it. In my post above I said that Vidal was the only Juve midfielder who scored 10 or more in serie A in the last 40 years, and even he did it because he was taking the penalty kicks. Without those, he'd have finished below 10.
But that's not as important as is the fact that it's hard even for attackers to score a great number when Ronaldo is in the team. No matter which midfielders we have or buy, I don't see them scoring a lot in a team that has Ronaldo, Dybala, Morata, Chiesa and even Kulusevski in front of them. Vidal was scoring the goals when we had Vucinic and Matri in attack.
I doubt, though, that Allegri seriously expects 10 goals from Rabiot, or McKennie. He's motivating them. And tbh, 5-6 goals is an ok number from a midfielder if the attackers do their job.
