Three things i take from his conference that i found interesting:
1) is that he referred to himself as a 'Business Coach', it's a nice name to his hybrid role. He talks about bringing value and results. Intriguing..

2) The use of 5 substitutions. To me he didn't seem enthused by it, I think he will only ever use 4 at most but that will be around march/April time.

3) Freekicks - Thank god his putting Ronaldo in his place, it was painful to watch Ronaldo take them all in the past, but we really need a solid third choice free kick taker, how that affects Ronaldo is a different matter

Also I don't think we are getting 10 goals out of each of Mac and Rabiot..even combined 10 is a stretch..
