Let's put it this way, had we kept Poulsen the stadium would not have been ready.

Holy Wow. That is an absolutely beautiful stadium.

Cant wait for the first official game against Parma.

I hope we fill it every time we play because the steep bleacher has the potential of giving a great ambience.

Let's hope we will play modern football in that modern stadium.

I only hope we won't try to emulate barca. Everything else is good.

I have not posted on this forum in ages but with this new stadium i just had to come online and say how beautiful it is! I cant wait for Thursday (Friday early morning for us Ozzies) to watch the opening show! Lets hope the team can match the stadium this year.

So if we're going to generate on average 30 mil a year from that stadium (hopefully), that's a 25% ROI and those who are into real-estate business would know that on average commercial real-estates generate around 12-15% at best these days. Pretty impressive got to say, no wonder why many billionaires are into football nowadays.
