So if we're going to generate on average 30 mil a year from that stadium (hopefully), that's a 25% ROI and those who are into real-estate business would know that on average commercial real-estates generate around 12-15% at best these days. Pretty impressive got to say, no wonder why many billionaires are into football nowadays.

it looks even better when you think about the money we earned for the name rights.
