What is the basis of their appeal?

Sure, the second yellow was a wrong decision, but I thought there was a long-standing rule that yellow cards can only be appealed on the basis of mistaken identity.

Be shit if they were to change that rule, because you would open up the potential for zillions of appeals every season over yellow cards that really aren't worth thinking about.

Still I don't think they'll win the league because they don't have a striker and expecting totti to have a full campaign of top quality play is ridiculous. His injury was imminent with every passing game because of his age. If they managed to get in a capable striker In jan they'd win the title IMO.
