https://www.reuters.com/world/us/us...el-aid-bill-faces-dead-end-senate-2023-11-02/

"The U.S. House of Representatives on Thursday passed a Republican plan to provide $14.3 billion in aid to Israel and cut funding of the Internal Revenue Service, despite Democrats' insistence it has no future in the Senate and the White House's promise of a veto.

...

Israel already receives $3.8 billion per year in U.S. military assistance under a 10-year plan that began in 2016.".

This does look like help.

I have seen almost zero antisemitism.

I have seen a lot of people who dislike Israel. But they have reason to dislike Israel.

Are you serious?
Yeah. Please prove me wrong.

And by help I hope it's clear that a mutually beneficial agreements are not help

I've already answered elsewhere, but again: any country need mutually beneficial agreements. No one is alone in this world. For some reason this is a concept that is difficult to grasp for Israelis. But no one goes at it alone. Everyone needs allies. You simply don't have the resources you need without them.

It looks like you don't understand geopolitics and how the militery aid system works.

Or the US-Israeli relations.

Please provide a non US example. Or the world is just the US in your view

Well, I understand the word "aid".

It seems you do not.

We were talking about help from other countries. The US is another country. Do not move the goalposts.

That's just you projecting into Israel your impression of it. Maybe you can find a populist political saying so, or an idiot online.

You can never support that claim with facts or actions.

Maybe the word but not it's meaning.

No goal posts moved. You keep saying "world" and "international community" and you keep brining up only the US. If anything it just proves my point further.

No.

You don't get to shift around like that. You should Israel were fine alone. Alone means no US. It's that easy.

That is pretty dishonest of you.

Anyway you are the one doing the shifting here, you keep saying "world", "international community" and can only and barely bring up the US.

the best part about that is the money being cut from IRS to go to Israel lol

I think the people who passed this are the same ones bitching about funding going to Ukraine
I can't explain 12 democrats voting for defunding IRS knowing it's dead in the Senate. Haven't seen a good explanation for it either.

US or whoever else don't give military and financial "aid" out of goodwill without getting something in return. It might not be directly quantifiable in monetary terms like some bill but they're getting something for it, be it geopolitical influence, political influence, weapons testing, business contracts, etc.
