The training sessions where he stays back and practices free kicks are just special. Today was another one of those - 20 minutes worth. It was just spectactular. Credit to both keepers who pulled off some great saves (especially Ivan - top left hand corner superman style that everyone applauded). But at times it just felt like ADP was taking the piss and slotting them in at will.

On the last free kick of the day he bet the keepers 20 pushups that he would get it in. They accepted. Alex was never going to miss....
