Pretty much. I find it moderately successful though :shifty:
eat home made pizza. you can fit it in your calories

buy a scale if you don't have one to measure your cheese so you don't overload calories.

60 grams of low fat mozzarella cheese is about 160 calories. regular mozzarella is about 200 calories.

small pita bread is about 150 calories.

1 spoon of tomato sauce about 60 calories.

put veggies of your choice. 10-50 calories.

optional put protein of choice

put in over for 10-18 mins at 410 F depending on how golden you want your cheese.

thats about 450-500 calories for a healthy cheap delicious home made pizza.

trust me try this and you can eat pizza pretty much everyday. it delicious and quick meal.

You ever made a keto kind of pizza base if you're eating lean? The only one I ever thought was any good was a broccoli base. Basically just grated it up, dehydrated it and then bound it with cheese and eggs and baked the flat mix. Didn't really taste anything like a bread base but was good. Fuck doing that every week though.

Roti is my go-to as I always have some around and I like thin base.

running is more effective than weight lifting to lose weight.
if you cant avoid all kinds of bread at least avoid white flour ones.
the key for me to reach and hold the weight i had 20 years ago, was always having 4-5meals/day.
Interval diets are just a cheap trick to reduce quantity. but this has several negative effects for our organism, including basic metabolism which is the key element to achieve a caloric deficit.
