Well you can't just eat whatever you want, but your metabolism and your daily calorie requirements increase with muscle mass, so you can afford some extra cheesecake here and there
You ever made a keto kind of pizza base if you're eating lean? The only one I ever thought was any good was a broccoli base. Basically just grated it up, dehydrated it and then bound it with cheese and eggs and baked the flat mix. Didn't really taste anything like a bread base but was good. Fuck doing that every week though.

As someone who almost never drinks any soda (besides when going to a restaurant or ordering a pizza), I almost cant imagine drinking it while being thirsty. Water just wins easily

the key for me to reach and hold the weight i had 20 years ago, was always having 4-5meals/day.
Interval diets are just a cheap trick to reduce quantity. but this has several negative effects for our organism, including basic metabolism which is the key element to achieve a caloric deficit.
