Any creatine takers here? I started an then did my blood test and doc told me to quit because it was elevating some levels in my liver and they were concerned. Anyone have the same issue?

Liver is super resilient, and there are many supplements you can take to help with that(i personally take glutathione), and tbh i really doubt creatine will affect liver enzymes without a preexisting condition.

Yeah, liver not kidneys. My immune system is a little overactive but nothing to the point where it causes any major symptoms. I guess it’s better to play it safe but creatine did help me break some plateaus.
