I don't know really much about Europe, but from what I saw and read I think that US is way ahead of everyone. Especially looking at gyms and supplements. I mean prices of supplements are low even for my budget, and you can't compare earnings people have here and people in US.

I am off for an HIIT, what do you think of this setup:

Warm up (1 - 2 km)

6x(200m)
3x(400m)
2x(600m)

Jogging back

5xuphill(100 m with 5 m slope)

I skipped the uphill, the entire way back was running uphill.

I warmed up in 1.4 km

The intervals summed up to 3.6 km

And the run back was 3 km, at a relatively high tempo and as I said, mostly uphill.

The whole session summed up to 41 minutes running time, I stopped my clock at the rests between the intervals.
