I know what you mean, but when you play for Juventus - the Juventus - it's expected in the least, IMO. Not to say I don't know what you mean- I certainly think Ia is a hard worker... but the whole last 20 pages in regards to Trez and everything... If Trez left to play full-time at Villareal, for a still great salary, he would be happy... he's not going to be happy sitting on the Juve bench... and if anything, he may even become resentlful (understandably). I think because WE ALL love Trez so much that we feel like we'd be betraying him, but at the end of the day we're a club... all working for the same goals... working towards glory, and we are the best of the best... and if Rossi is one of the best, wants to play in Italy, and shares the same dreams of glory with us - I say bring him on.

You are right, it is expected, but also keep in mind that when Juve signed him he was part of the World Cup team in 2006, was an integral part of Udinese, and he was signed for around 30 million Euros.
With those kind of credentials, and to be relegated to the bench for the better part of two season that he has been here, and to say nary a negative word about it??

No matter what, like Andy said it's a joke to give Trez and bunch of money for Rossi. And no matter how good he is or could be good, we already have four great and I realy mean truly great strikers, while our defence literaly sucks and our biggest signing for defence is 36yrs old veteran.

That was one game, it doesn't exactly prove he's better. Iaquinta got them out of the jam in that friendly before that, so he's not useless either.
Half a season with Parma, 2 seasons with Villarreal. Iaquinta scored 15 goals for us this year, ostensibly as a substitute, and he scored numerous crucial goals last year, also as a sub. From a Juve perspective especially, yeah I'd say he's definitely a better and safer option at this point.
