The president is a puppet who doesn't do sh*t without the old farts in senate and congress who have been seating their asses there for decades. Limit their terms if you want a change.

Term limits serve a purpose, and most often that purpose is that any politician who gets fat and comfortable with ruling power ends up becoming detached from the people they serve, more corrupt, infiltrated with cronies, and surrounding themselves with yes-men who will naturally satisfy the human desire for power to hear what it wants to hear ... not what it needs to hear.
