I checked, Javascript is enabled I'm using firefox and I'm fairly sure it's the latest version.

What time are you seing then? Make sure you enable DST Correction Option in your settings.

I think we should make the hangout section for members only, no minimum posts required.

This is one of the areas of the forum i was thinking about too

The easiest way for this to be done would be to setup a promotion system. When a member has posted more than 50 posts they're automatically promoted to a new usergroup and in that usergroup they'll have full access.
