matrix is not even worth hating hes too much of a clown; i would hate a maicon or a balotelli
Balotelli is even more of a clown to me. He plays the audience rather than trying to stick spokes in the wheels of others. That's pretty harmless. Maicon I don't even know why you'd care.

Weak

Without Ale's game savers he's 3rd in serie A with Roma, only 7 points behind Inter, after he started with -6 when he joined Roma.

And nice way to completely downplay Trezeguet's 21 goals in 2007/08, Sissoko's monster performances, Camo's top assists, Chiellini's defending, Buffon's great saves, Amauri's great half of the season, Iaquinta's winning goals etc.
Even when DP wasn't scoring, assisting, or even playing, we managed to beat Inter away, Roma 1:4 away, to murder Milan.

You can do that about every single team. I wonder how good will Guardiola be without Messi, how good was Mourinho gonna do in serie A without Zlatan last year or Milito this year, how successful was Ancelotti gonna be without Kaka or Shevchenko.

On the other hand, I can't help wondering if Ranieri was gonna win us the league if we didn't have 7 players injured on average every single round.

Ranieri was winning matches with and without Del Piero. Ferrara was losing like crazy with and without Del Piero.
Even more WITH Del Piero.

I heard Blatter is considering the idea of removing the offside rule
I hope it is just a dumb rumour anyone else heard about it?
Why? The purpose of offside is to allow the defensive line to push up the field. It makes good sense. Granted, it's one of the more frustrating rules at times, particularly when bad calls are made by linesmen (and indeed lineswenches, as we've become accustomed to in some parts), but I see no reason to scrap it. Blatter blathering again.

They've been talking about increasing the number of refs for God knows how many years, they started the experiments before few years, and I believe it will take at least 5 years if it is ever going to be used. Hockey is horse shit compared to football, it's more likely that they will change hockey to 3vs3 game sooner than football will actually do something about incapable refs.

I don't know why people hate Balotelli. He hasn't really done something big in a while. He's maturing.
Agreed, he has clear negative qualities, but not to the degree it explains or warrants for the very exaggerated hatorade he gets.

He's not so clever though, or really ballsy, because he invites alot of it. Now he insults the Inter fans and Inter more weekly then Ibra EVER did hehe, because PERSISTS with making a point of what a Milanista he is quite a bit, lol.

Putting his arrogant attitude aside he's an amazing player. He can become one of the best strikers in the world in a couple of years. Or only if he doesn't screw up ala Cassano.
Only hard worker players turn into one of the best in the world and Balotelli isn't.

I don't know if there was a player at his age with his qualities. He's still very young, you never know if he's going to take a different approach. But still, no matter his attitude, he plays on a top level when on the pitch. He's slowly making Eto'o sit on the bench.
