Don't know what you're driving at then.

Well, that makes two of us, Martin. I still don't know what the point was of your first post.

You don't like Ibra, I don't like Camo.

But the reasons why are mutually exclusive. There is no connection there whatsoever.

A good player and a good fit can be two different things.

I'm proud of this current Juve squad, even with DP sitting on the bench. When Zlatan was on the pitch, sure I celebrated his goals.

But more often I screamed at the TV because he didn't pass to his teammates when he should have, or that when he hogged the ball he sent it at goal with an open shot -- but with the accuracy of one of Molinaro's crosses.

But worse still was I sensed he, as a player, was concerned with his own glory more than that of the team's. And when a player puts himself above the team, hit that ejector seat button on the next flight outta Torino -- I say.

While I wish we had his talent when he was at Inter, overall I was still happy that he had left. I can respect the club more for shedding themselves of his likes.

Snoop, your Ibra is my Drogba. Get it?
No connection at all! Man I didn't criticize you for liking Drogba, and I never was serious when I said I "hate" him, I don't wish anything bad for the player or anything like that, it just gives me bad tastes watching him (his cocky reactions), that's all. I can't stand it even when Zlatan does similar things..

As for Zlatan, you can feel the hate here, and I mean it, it's a hate! And you know very well why he is hated here (by most of the fans).

1- For playing instead of Del Piero
2- For leaving after Calciopoli
3- For Joining Inter.

Drogba's case is much different. And I said it many times, Zlatan is an ass you can find it everywhere (but that doesn't make him a bad player, or reason to wish him death or enjoy everytime he fails). Zebina and Camoranesi are asses too, I've said that before, don't like their character, but I always want them in the first team!

Snoop, you're absolutely delusional. Even if people tell you it's not the case, from their own opinions, you don't believe them.

You can't be dealt with.

Oddly enough, none of my objections to Zlatan included any of the above.

I never said you hated Zlatan Greg! I know you don't, actually I have similar of you opinions about Zlatan. I wish if we had his performances (when he was at Inter), and I am not sad today that we sold him (Yeah it might sound shocking for some members who never understood my point), my only "regret" (about Juve, I didn't sell him) is that if we sold him with a better price. I don't mind not having him, but I mind it when our direct opponents have, and for peanuts! But still, my main point about all this subject is Zlatan never deserved to be hated! Wishing to have him or not is another subject.

That's an incomprehensible statement to me. You said Camo "rubs you the wrong way" to put it like that. Same with me and Ibra.

Er... now I suddenly fail to see your distinction between Zlatan and Zebina/Camo. If there was meant to be one (?)

Anyway, I guess I'm not that bothered by why people hate Ibra. People will hate other people all the time, there's nothing you can do about it and trying to pacify them doesn't work. I would still put the "hate" in he quotes however, because I don't think it has anything in common with the authentic kind of hate people will feel as a response to some grave injury of suffering.

Don't be so sure Martin, some members' hate seems stronger than we think. I am not bothered neither, it's just sick reading these week in week out since his second year at Juve. I bet no one is hated here as much as him, not even Moratti or our closest rivals.

As for Zebina and Camo, there is no distinction at all among them and Zlatan (for me), I don't like it when players make troubles, indiscipline, or fighting with opponents cursing etc.. Same like Zlatan, don't like their characters, but I like their talent and what they do for Juve.

I might be biased when it comes to Drogba, I admit that, I don't want him here or like him, maybe if he was Juve player probably I would, but I repeat Martin, I don't hate him at all.

I'm not going to address you, Snoop, if you keep thinking that everybody hates Ibra because of Del Piero. Simply not true, and I defended the former during his first season.

But during his second season, I could tell his cockiness got to him and he started to play for himself rather than the team. From his actions during the past three years, it's obvious to deduce that he is a major asshole with no real respect for the teams that he plays for. You may enjoy that side of him, but I don't. He's a disgrace.

    Typical of a Zingaro.
I know lot of the "Ibra is hated because of Del Piero" is directed at me, I don't really care though I have explained it several times. But I'll explain it one more time for the sake of it:smile:

Zlatan Ibrahimovic, is someone I never liked never will since his Ajax days, just like Martin said, it's about taste, I could never stand this player, never enjoyed his performances nor his style on the pitch. Had nothing to do with Del Piero, had it been the case I would have hated on Iaquinta, Amauri many other players...

If there's one man who stole Del Piero's place in Juventus that is Capello and not Ibrahimovic. Yes, I hate Capello for what he did with Del Piero, has anyone denied that? Lol, I even said it in Capello's face and had it on Youtube.

Someone like Alen, keeps repeating how he worships Zlatan(his right) and how it's because of Del Piero he's hated and fabricates lot of things when fact is he has been defending Zlatan Ibrahimovic because of the player's roots and nothing more. I find myself to be more objective than him (even if Del Piero is my idol)because EVEN if I hated Zlatan because of Del Piero I still look at it from Football point of view and football perspective, while he looks at it from roots and nationality point of view. I'm sorry Alen, but if this is how you see it then this is how I'm taking it.

    That's an interesting point.

    Care to address that, Alen?

Of course he'll deny it. He'll do it in style also.

He tries to find things unrelated to reality when it comes to Zlatan. He feels touched that Zlatan never had a single bad word towards Juventus, when fact is I repeat that Zlatan in every single interview he had he defended his two titles and not Juventus. When he says Juventus were better than Inter he's not defending Juventus from Calciopoli, he's defending the titles he won them during his time.

He has to accept some things and try to stop hitting at our fans for their chants towards Ibra, just like he dislikes Pippo, Maldini, Milan etc there are some other people that can't stand this player Zlatan Ibrahimovic. He sees lot of negative things in Paolo Maldini but he thinks someone like Zlatan Ibrahimovic is almost perfect.

Maybe this is the wrong time for me to admit this but I've always been a fan of Zlatan since he was discovered in the Swedish second division almost 10 years ago.
