Maybe he will, but Arsenal are pennyless and they can't buy him.
Maybe a swap deal with someone, but i really don't think Arsenal has a player who can improve Juve, who is needed by Juve, and can be swapped with Giovinco. Fabregas is another league and Juve can't get him. Arshavin and Van Persie are not needed.
Maybe Sagna, but nobody else. Apart from Sagna and Fabregas, Juve players are superior to their Arsenal counterparts.

Buffon >>>>Almunia
Grosso >>>>> Clichy
Chiellini >Gallas
Cannavaro >> The Belgian dude
Amauri > Van Persie
Del Piero >> Eduardo
Melo >>>>>>>>>> Denilson
Diego >>> Arshavin
Sissoko >>>>> Diaby

Sorry Fred, you ain't got much to offer for Giovinco :D

If we subscribe to the notion that Clichy is a one season wonder. Then what is Grosso? A one month wonder(WC 2006)? :D

Even though Cannavaro might be a better option in the Serie A. This 35 year old Cannavaro would get killed in the EPL, if you were an Arsenal manager, Vermaelen would be a better option for you than Cannavaro, especially due to the fact that we play a high line that would not suit this 35 year old washed up Canna.

Sagna, Clichy, Gallas, Fabregas and Arshavin would all start for Juve imo.

Arshavin's best position is playing as a second striker, so actually he would be competing with DP not Diego. And if we're going to be completely objective about this, Arshavin right now is fitter and more consistent than a 34 year old DP.

Zlatan's dip in form in his second season was Capello's fault IMO, he really needed to rotate him, instead playing him for 90 minutes no matter what. Zlatan needed competition to play good (at least in Juve). However thanks to Capello we saw great Alex and top scorer for two consecutive seasons, and all that time he spent on the bench pulled the best out of him.

I admire Zlatan football talent (eve he is choker in big games) and nothing else. He is an asshole as a character and even Swedes will admit that. End of story for me.
