Two things
Firstly- the whole Spanish players don't have the physique for Italian football thing,Torres has been playing in England. Even fabregas admitted that Spanish players playing on England have learned to adapt to the physical side of the game. Torres is Italy wwould have no issues with the physicality.

Secondly- is Chelsea (stupidly) decided to sell Torres instead of playing him properly then I am certain manure will snatch him faster than Balotelli vacates a burning bathroom
