There is some high expectations for Llorente, we were playing two years without a finisher, only because we were hoping to sign him.
This was the reason we made no other major acquisition and had to waste two seasons with kak, like Bendtner, so naturally, there is going to be a lot of pressure for him to perform...

God forbid Llorente fails, or flops. Do you guys think we would remain as weak upfront or get weaker than last year, coz Matri/Quag will be gone and replaced by a youngster like Boakye/Ibarbo, leaving us with Tevez/Vucinic/Gio. An injury or suspension to any one of those three, especially the former two could leave us in a delicate situation. I hope this isn't the case, but hypothetically, if Llorente flops hard, are we in a worse situation than last season for lack of depth?

No seriously, think about this guys. If this scenario unfolds, we don't really have a Matri/Quag coming off the bench. They may not be world beaters, but they offer some experience and have been part of the team and can deal with the pressure. It would be more reassuring than Boakye for example, who would have big shoes to fill if Llorente flops.
