Jeeks would have my backing if he were to apply for any sort of moderating role, I think in general mate you are one of all too few people on here that can reach out to all the main areas of this community.

First and foremost though the forum rules need to be addressed, made painfully obvious to all new members, a "three strikes and you're out" system introduced etc.

AND ALL THE MODS SHOULD BE SEEN TO TOW THE SAME LINE!! any discrepancies will be picked apart by certain members and the minute the mods lose the respect of the community the place implodes.

the new members that are coming are no where near the quality of the older ones. then again it takes time and recognition. but very few make instant impact, not like back in the day.

Marty, here's a plan for the coming two or three months that will raise the forum to a better level.

Respaul, Black Mamba and Fliakis should be hired as moderators. Their task should not be only to moderate, but also they should act as fascist police (too bad Zlatan was called so but he was never one )

A new set of rules should be added to the current one and ALL members have to abide by it.

A warning system should be implemented and actually applied, leniancy is intollerable.

Nagging, silly reporting and opening threads just to ask a question should not be allowed.

In certain sections of the forum, thread derailing or hijacking should not be allowed.

I can come up with more later on.

thats what was wrong with zlatan imo. you were annoying as a mod, but people always respected you. then again, you very even better when you were kings of off topic with erik

We are thinking on the same frequency apart from our nominations for the moderating role
