Belgium and Spain are and were better than England
I don't think so.

Spain managed to win a grand total of 1 (!!) game in 90 minutes. (But yes, they did play a good game against Italy.)
While Belgium was just, ehm, Belgium. When it really comes down to it, we lose.

England on the other hand has had a pretty comfortable run, all things considered. Won their group, sent the Germans home, etc.
Also, I think people really underestimate just how impressive it is to concede only 1 goal in such a tournament.
That being said, they did need an imaginary penalty last night. :andy2:

And Kane is the perfect opponent for Chiellini and Bonucci
Yeah I'm not worried about Kane, but the runs off him, were definetly gonna concede, we just gotta play our A game in controlling it as much as possible..

Guys don’t forget that Denmark also had to travel from Baku as well. Long ass trip for them. They were out on their feet by the start of the second half.

Italy hasn’t had to travel nearly as much as Denmark did and have had an extra days rest. I don’t see their midfield being dominated at all against the likes of Rice and Phillips. We just need to see Immobile finally show up for a big game for Italy and finish his chances and I think Italy will be fine

Or Freddy C will just boss shit and win the game on his own like the Gigachad he is.
Italy travelled straight back to Florence after their game, not sure which way to see it, they got same journey again but on the other hand they can relax in a serene environment.

A meager fine and that's the end of that story.

extra motivation, hopefully

gotta channel that energy in a productive way

send the swamp dwellers back home to their hairy shannon sister wives and misshapen nephew kids
Exactly, the best thing to happen is at least Italy know that England can do anything to win, players will keep an eye out for balls and players can play their influence in alerting lasers from the start (even if there weren't any),.I'd love it if England get knocked out by a diving penalty, would'nt it be bliss to see them get outsmarted on their own tuf.

If UEFA wants to act all badass like how they threatened Juve and the other Super Liga clubs, they should either call for a replay of the England match or disqualify them for tampering with a result.
