Celtic played better than us in that game, that's for sure. As did Bayern Munchen then.

But what's the difference between saying that Celtic is a better team than Juve and Bayern is a better team that Juve?

I tell you: good sense. That you don't have.

BTW who's ever mentioned Celtic? You're more delusional than what I thought.

Too much tired to lose other time with a f##l like you, good night.

P.S. The other guy laughing behind you is even more delusional. I think I just humiliated him in another thread.
Celtic were not better than us, we let them have the ball and just counter attacked them. We won 3-0 by playing effective football. Sure they could have scored but they didn't.

In the 2nd leg we beat them 2-0 with out B team so we cruised passed them with ease.

Hang on, since when did we know how to do this?

They had one chance where it was a shot on goal, and one of their players deflected it straight to Buffon, instead of away from him. We rode our luck hard.

The signs of the Bayern mauling in the next round were clear to see in the Celtic tie - only someone looking at the 5-0 aggregate and nothing else would have failed to see that.

Compare it to the Benfica tie, where we lost, but we actually looked like a much much better team in both legs than what we were in the Celtic tie.
We won with 5 goals margin without at any point risking our qualification, now how did we rode our luck hard?

We created more chances, scored more goals and that's what matter.

Against Benfica we did maybe create more, but not much, and still lost with one goal in the end, but nonetheless they still deserved to go through. We weren't good enough over the both legs.

We were the better side over both legs.

In the first we should have won 2-1, but they did with a strange moment against the run of play.

In the second, the ball just wouldn't go in, with them not even attempting to score.

This is football though so can't complain. That's why we love it.

I dont know but that game we were so efficient in front of goal and countered decently. Although they were a poor side so we probably looked better than we actually were.
We exposed their defensive weaknesses, gave them the ball knowing that our defense would be capable to handle their futile attempts. We were smart and ruthless.

In games vs Benfica it could have gone both ways, but it certainly wasn't the case against Celtic.

I said we were not good enough as I expected from us to create much more in both legs, as the opponent was vastly inferior.

I think that's just our imagination. Juventus is not superior to many in Europe, top 20 wise.

With this current squad we're easily among top 10, maybe among best 8 teams in Europe. Sadly our performances on the pitch in European games this season don't support that, but quality is there. Players like Vidal, Pogba, Licht, Tevez, Buffon, Barzagli, Chiellini would have been great additions to any top European side.

Spanish football sucks guise. They won because they didn't face top defending which can only be found in Serie A. Fucking Portuguese defending.

Benfica

I know it's petty and all, but it feels good to watch someone other than us choke in finals. And that's a bit of revenge for their time wasting and gamesmanship against us. Eat a dick motherfuckers.
