Dudes, there's no way UEFA would let 5 Italian clubs in CL, so don't worry, Milan will be in UEFA Cup this season... which is priceless :D
I'm not sure if that avatar of yours is De Ceglie or Ashton Kutcher. Maybe I'm thinking the latter because I half believe the missing end of your post here should be ".... BURN!!!!". :D

According to the dumbasses at Fox Soccer Channel, since CSKA Sofia of Bulgaria haven't paid certain registration requirements to their domestic league UEFA has threatened to disqualify them from the CL and either hand it to Levski Spartak (next in line domestically) or the next highest ranked team in the Europe = AC MILAN

Even if Milan get back in, it would be priceless just to see how Galliani backs out of his bid to conquer Serie A and instead go for the Champions League!

Just to confirm what i've been saying here in last few days :

No Champions League Chance For Milan - UEFA

Milan’s hopes of playing in the Champions League next term have been dashed after UEFA Confirmed they have no chance of being given a place.

The Rossoneri were hoping they would be able to squeeze themselves into the competition after both Porto and CSKA Sofia were kicked out of the competition after breaking various UEFA guidelines.

Reports in Italy claimed the Rossoneri had a great chance of being given a place in next season’s competition. However, UEFA have revealed that there is no chance of this happening.

It is absolutely impossible that Milan play in next season’s Champions League,” said UEFA spokesman, William Gaillard.

The participants are not chosen based on the highest co-efficient but on the number of teams a country is allowed to enter.

“Therefore there is no possibility whatsoever of Milan playing in the Champions League next season.”

Milan will have to settle for the UEFA Cup as expected. Failure to qualify for the Champions League was down to Milan’s own downfall following a less than perfect campaign.

--------------
Although, there still is a possibility Milan to play CL. If one of the Italian teams is disqualified then only an Italian team can replace them, and since Milan finished 5th they are the next in line.
I don't want to jinx anything, but the chances for one of Inter, Juve, Fiorentina or Roma to be disqualified are close to impossible.

The Idea that Milan could qualify for CL was ridiculous, Italy is 3rd league in Europe, and participating with 5 clubs, while Spain and England with two doesn't make any sense.
