I have it for me that Hiddink can make 120% of an average team, he can force players to do certain jobs. Can he do that on a bunch of divas?

Hehe, those stats were only for those who thought that Hiddink will destroy Ranieri. I disagree with that and i would have disagreed with that even if instead of Ranieri we had Del Neri, Mihajlovic, Di Carlo, Ballardini or any other serie A coach.

The coach change in Chelsea was going to be negative for us no matter if they hired Grant, Hiddink or Ancelotti, only because Chelsea players disliked Scolari and they simple didn't perform under him. Whoever replaced Scolari was going to give more motivation to Lampard and co., but with so little time until CL starts again, there is absolutely no way someone to do something that requires months of work and practice.

If you think that we're fucked, it's not because they have Hiddink, it's because they don't have Scolari.

He worked under Sacchi, Capello, Blazevic, Terim, Zaccheroni etc. and yet he says this. Russia Coach Guus Hiddink has officially taken charge of Chelsea, but sources suggest Carlo Ancelotti will arrive in the summer.

Luiz Felipe Scolari was sacked from the Stamford Bridge hot seat after last weekend's draw against Hull City, which left the Blues in fourth place in the Premier League.

A number of names were suggested as possible replacements, including Roberto Mancini and Gianfranco Zola.

But Hiddink today confirmed that he will be doing the job for the moment as well as leading Russia.

"One of these days I will go to London. I expect to be there on the field next week," Hiddink told Radio 538.

"It's never enough time to prepare a team in one week but this is an exceptional situation.

“Chelsea have good players and they should be in top form and that should make my job easier.

"There are two scenarios: it goes bad and they say 'go back east' or it goes well, but I'm not thinking that far ahead."

Reports suggest that Hiddink's tenure is a bridging measure until Chelsea can secure No 1 objective Ancelotti.

Ancelotti will certainly stay at Milan until the end of the season, but reports suggest that ex-Barcelona boss Frank Rijkaard and sporting director Leonardo are being considered to replace Carletto.

Boban is right, but he forgot to mention the clause that if the manager provides zero percent towards the development of the team, then that fact automatically ruins its development.
