Nocerino beats all of them, got hit by a car, played after couple of days.

How he played is a different issue. :p
It is all piecing together for me day by day, no wonder he used to smash the ball out of the stadium and hit cars, he has beef with cars after one hit him, now i cant blame him. Forza Noce!

So I guess the move for a decent defender is off now? Why would you need another defender anyways, right? I mean, Chiellini will only be gone for four Serie A games and probably two Champions' League matches (that's six matches with Lanky Legrottaglie and Mediocre-Mellberg filling the void). And his injury definitely won't happen again, that's for sure.

Forward thinking...

this is the best solution , as a loan at least , he was great with juve last season
Don't overrate Stendardo's performances with Juventus last season. He was alright, but not that great. I'd put him on the same page as Legrottaglie, only with less mistakes because he didn't play much.

Anyone who watched the game (against Artmedia) today should be concerned with the play of the fullbacks without Chiellini. It's good to pretend it's not a problem during the season and stress the positives in the team's play, but when it's transfer season and the defensive issue can be addressed, I think it would be best to address it.

By failing to acknowledge the ever-expanding hole at the back (not to mention the trouble with Molinaro and Grygera from last season) this past transfer season, you'll see a Juventus that struggles against mid-table sides. Not that it'll be any different than last year, anyways.

I think that Ranieri fielded the best available back line as a test to see how good they are. Hopefully he'll realize that we need reinforcements and will send a request for a defender or two.

We can only hope, Jack.
