Dont think this is the case here. I think south american players (perhaps all of them admire spanish giants barca and madrid). VdV did everything to join us :bigscarf:
vDv is just a shit dribbler.. U watch as soon as a reporter asks him about the recent Chelsea interest i guarentee he will say something along the lines of "I'm so proud of the interest of the top EPL team and i have supported them since i was young and i would be my dream to wear the blue of chelsea, blah, blah, blah".. I always thought Juventus were much bigger in Argentina than Brazil

with all honesty gazzo if he says that it wont piss me off bec it was us who blew all the chances to sign vdv not the other way around.

as for diego it looks destined he is on his way to madrid suits him fine, so good for him i dont think the world will stop if he does'nt come to juventus. i could care less about these two really bec realistically speaking we cant compete with madrid in a bid war for diego who has his mind already set on madrid ( regardless if he knows he will be a bench warmer)

You mean "my-dad-has-wet-dreams-about-Real-Madrid"-players. Most of the rumours around Diego are 100%-made up. They can be turned down by the simple facts of watching Diego's training appearances and stuff. When should all this have taken place?

I doubt Diego will leave Werder before 2009 since he's constantly repeating that he wants to stay in Bremen and the only really talking about a move is his dad.
Would that be the case if Bremen failed to qualify to CL next season?

You're way too naive dude... All that fuzz about VdV was all media. I really doubt there really were talks between secco and him. VdV wants to go away, that's clear, and he has not signed anywhere. I don't think we screwed up with him. Time will come when clubs make their bids for him, up until then we have to WAIT. He could get injured (not impossible for him) or whatever, so just wait and see. We know he wants to go, we know what price tag he will be more or less. Now it's up to secco/ranieri if they want him or not. He has not said that he signed with us, nor that he doesn't.
Same thing with diego. He is far from "on his way to madrid", believe me. It's no use talking and arguing about it. I like that kind of stuff too, but it's just useless. Until we haven't reached the transfer-window, where talks actually start, there will be constant denying of diego/werder/real, and constant new roumours coming from the media and no one else. This will keep going on, the next days you'll hear things like "robinho wants diego at real", or "diego dreamt to play for real when he was half a year old", or even "i always wanted to play alongside del piero" or sth like that. It's just the same shit they do with every bigger transfer. A good headline, and here they go.

As far as i'm concerned, i will just lean back, follow the headlines whoch are to come and laugh my ass off, while i'm reading them.

There is an article on Calciomercato about Diego and it also concern Flamini and Thiago Neves
It`s in Italian I don` t know Italian but what I think that is written is that Juve want Diego and Werder found their replacement in Thiago Neves

a dutch football site said Diego and Sucko had a secret meeting...
maybe to discuss a transfer.....

or maybe something else ;) SUCKo
Isn't it funny that Secco meet Diego's father supposedly a week ago to discuss a transfer then a few days later Diego's father publically announces that his son will only leave for Madrid..

Secco must have made a good impression.. pfft

no its not that i'm naive or that i dont understand this is all publicity issues to raise the price tag on diego or vdv. i am just annoyed at us juventus fans for being frustrated and desperate the way we r about players. its like we find it hard to believe that we can sign a world class player. this is juventus!! we r not manchester city, newcastle, lyon, roma, or chelsea!! ew have history, we had massive amounts of glory so really we dont need players who prefer any other team than us to play for. i go annoyed bec diego kept on saying he would prefer going to madrid, fine go why should we be pissed poff or annoyed tough luck for him. the same applies to vdv, ibrahimovic, viera and all the rest.

We can sign world class players but we need a transfer guru for this not a transfer idiot

Yeah :agree:
Btw, my mind is blocked at the moment, so could you please remind me of some previous example where we traded somone like Buffon for someone like Vannucchi ?

So lets see....... you're assuming that Diego will end up in Real and you're assuming that he won't join us.
And at the end you're thanking Secco for something he never did and that is only an assumption ?????

Cambiasso will score a goal after Legrottaglie will fuck up the offside trap.
Thank you very much Legro :(

Well it has never happened but with Secco`s transfer skills it might happen
afterall he did brought us many usefull players over the past 2 years:
*Boumsong who is playing for Lyon
*Almiron I know he is loaned don`t remember to which side
*Tiago who played terrible except the game against Napoli
*Got back Criscito just to loan him out again
*Iaquinta has turned up to be quite good but you can`t expect him to fuck up at all of his transfers...

Did I forget anyone?

We're all proud of our club :scudetto:

Am pretty sure of this: if diego ever came to juve he'll be in a few years a contender to fifa best players in the world award. And if he did the dump move to madrid, he will not win any personal awards......lets just wait and c........

I dont think so, Diego would command a starting spot at Madrid and Schuster is a massive fan of his, which is how this rumour started in the first place.. I dont think Diego would be scared of the competition at madrid for one second
