I dont understand how he suddenly collapsed so hard in the second half. When he went under, the entire midfield went with him.

Was it fatigue ? I dont know. Never seen him suddenly decline so hard

Bodes well for Fiorentina, having to play the same midfield game after game...they pass the ball very well.

Against fiorentina, we have Asamoah back, should do wonders in pressuring them.

The whole midfield looked shattered at the end.
Yeah, cause Marchisio's sudden collapse. Sturaro cant compensate that, and Pogba needs a strong midfield to perform

It makes some sense, though. Claudio has played a lot of minutes recently, he's tired, he needs to be rotated, too -- but we desperately need results right now, and have no quality backup for that role.

This was a huge match for Sevilla, that team really did give their all in the second half. Meanwhile, our midfield were catching up on their REM sleep.

Will be nice to see Asabob included in the CL knockout list, he would have made a big difference in the 2nd half.
