This is what Blanc said before Didier Deschamps was fired. And we all knew what how Ranieri felt about his job the day before he got fired.

"With Deschamps we started a plan in August and, after talking to the board we have decided that this plan will continue next season.

"Deschamps did a really good job in the first part of the season despite facing a lot of injuries. So I am sure he will continue to do a good job in the future."

no. a lot of the play was in midfield but they had most of it. we did little with the ball when we had it
Fair enough, I just have a different opinion about the game then.

Neither team was in control of the midfield, as a result neither team was in control of the game.
Parma may have done a bit more, but that is only normal since they had to fight back from being a goal down pretty much the entire game.
Both teams could have won this game (as it turns out we were the lucky ones), but a draw would have been the fairest result.
To me that's about as balanced as a game can get.

i agree though that a draw would have been the fair result as both teams created no clear cut chances. We had more than our fair share of luck in this game

Yes Juve had luck with the 2nd goal but they got it and after that the most important thing was to hang on to it. A win was really important today not the performance (that comes later). Parma never really had any clear cut chances, Juve held them off comfortably.

So in the end, a job done with a bad performance.

I trust all people here who take a while to settle in when they start a new job are happy to accept they are all also idiots, if Ferrara is an idiot?

you can be a juve legend and an idiot...just look at ciro
True. But you have to wonder with the service Ciro has given to this club. Him hanging on and not giving up and resigning -- how much of that is selfish interest and how much of that is just not wanting to fail his club?

Those are the same characteristics we expect when we're down by three goals from our defenders. Why should his behavior change as coach?

That said, I still don't think the guy can make a sub. It's things like that which worry me, regardless of experience.

You get hired because you're qualified for the job, you know the integrals of how to perform the tasks set to you even though it might take you a while to settle in.

Ferrara is not qualified and does not know even the basics - thus, he's an idiot at being a coach.
