what this trend about closing these threads, if nothing is happening then people should just stop posting in it. It's very hard to close a thread. You have to talk to every mod...have Marty's approval....it can take weeks you know? :p
I thought it's an easier thing to do...

ok ill repeat my self once again...
Chivu has always been a Roma fan and he will always will be,
he would prefer Roma over any other Italian team any day when Roma's offer matches the other team's offer.
He would cost us a real fortune and a enormous contract to lure him in,
but again he wouldnt be that motivated...
Truth is that, although i respect him as a player and as a person,
i honestly dont think he really worths all that, because he really is an injury prone player,
this is not a speculation anymore, it is a FACT.
We may be able to offer 0,5 million more than his Roma current contract but this is not enough, by any means...
his agent said time and time again that the player's will is Roma and will always have the priority and there where never any discussions or agreements with other FC's
Mark you can really try and close up this thread for good!
(after all u know better)

??? Roma had their best defencive reccord when he was on the pitch, he gets injured & Roma wonned 3 from 8 games...

chivu looks better then he is because mexes is right beside him. When chivu was injuried look who they got to replace him. Fiorentina have only surrendered 28 goals this season, does that mean we should get Dainelli? Plus, last time I checked chivu was marked with a 18 million euro price tag. For that price, I think we could get someone a lot better.
