Chivu has agreed to a 4 year deal worth 3,5 million euro's a season, with Roma wanting 18 million euro's for him.

The source is Tuttosport, so it's not all that reliable, but I hope it's true.

Chivu is one of the best up and coming defenders, he still has his blundering moments, but his overall game is really impressive.
