Unlike league tournaments, ref mistakes are not "balanced out" throughout the season ffs, a ref mistake in CL play-off means you're pretty much done with the season and see you again next March where we will fuck you up again once you've forgotten last year's pain.

They won because they have been by far the best team in this comp. If Bayern had been more clinical or had we performed better in the first leg, things would've been different. Over the two legs, they performed better than both Bayern and Juve and PSG ofcourse.

Stop. If your team depends on a ref decision to win you games, then you dont deserve to qualify. Again you are the one not getting it. Real Madrid over the course of 180 minutes performed better than all of Bayern, Juve and PSG so they deserved to go through.

And i dint see any blatant ref mistakes given in the favour of Real Madrid. I dont think they blatantly robbed any team. They played well enough, better than every team they faced to go through and win it. The penalty on Benatia was a legit peno. The only discussion was if we would've got that peno if Madrid were at the receiving end of it. Thats about it. If we win a CL, even we will get the 50-50 benefit of the doubt from the refs as well. Its just the way refereeing in the game has panned out. But CL does need VAR , no doubt about it.
