There was a CL preview article by The Guardian (usually a good footie source) and they rated teams by things like strength, history, romance factor etc and created an aggregate score. Roma and Juventus both had 9 for history.

Inter released a very strong statement condemning Juventus President Andrea Agnelli. “We will not allow anyone to act as if” Calciopoli didn’t happen.
“FC Internazionale is saddened to hear that Juventus president Andrea Agnelli has once again attempted to distort the facts and change history.
“Unfortunately for him, and for Italian football as a whole, 2006 was a disastrous year in which the Scudetto was legitimately awarded to Inter by the FIGC and Juventus were relegated to Serie B along with their reputation.
“Those are the facts. We will not allow anyone to change them or act as if they did not happen.”
Juventus continue to count the 2004-05 and 2005-06 Scudetti in their trophy haul, even though they are not recognised by the FIGC, UEFA or FIFA.
Agnelli had today said farewell to Massimo Moratti, who resigned from the Inter Board of Directors after 20 years.
"He was crazy about the club, so much that he accepted the 2006 Scudetto."
