Higuain is underrated because he plays less IMO. Fappable striker and the sort of character that would fit in at Juve.

He is no Falcao.

Swapping Vidal for Benzema?

The only striker in the world who Id be tempted to swap Vidal with would be Falcao...or possibly Cavani.

Building this midfield was luck, I'm sure in the next seven years, you won't find a player like Vidal, expect Yaya Toure.

And Falcao is no Higuain, diffrent players. But Higuain is the better finisher.

But a again Vidal-Falcao swap or a Vidal-Cavani swap is not plausible is it ? That is completely hypothetical whereas swapping Vidal for Higuain or Benzema is actually something that is plausible.Just saying.

Still dont understand whats so lolworthy about that comment.Benzema is one of the most complete strikers in the world ,an epitome of the modern striker to put it precisely.And its not like i'm suggesting that we really should do it.I reiterate ,i'd just be tempted at that prospect but i actually wouldnt do the swap if a proposal came forward say next summer for instance.

I'm with W on this one, Falcao is a complete forward, but Higuain is the game's most clinical forward currently. If the only thing the striker most do is score, he's a better option.

I don't think Pogba is a good replacment for Vidal if we want to play the same way. Much better to replace Pirlo or even Marchisio.

There are some parts where Falcao is better and other parts where Higuain is better.

Honestly I wouldn't die or anything if we got a world beating striker in the vain of Higuain or Falcao + some cash in exchange for Vidal considering we have Pogba and Asamoah (two midfielders with a similar style to Vidal that I know are potentially as good if not better). CF's are arguably the most important players on the pitch and they can separate a good team from a truly great one. They give teams a buffer when they're off form (refer to Milan with Zlatan and last seasons Chelsea with Drogba) - with a great striker, you can play badly and win matches you can play brilliantly and completely dominate your opponents as well. Either way you look at it, with this current Juve under Conte, a world class CF would be a sure ticket to an era of success and its doubtful we'll acquire one with cash on our budget.

It's a possibility, definitely not a certainty.
As unlikely as it may be, we might just end up scoring less if we had a top CF.


As for selling Vidal, I hope it doesn't happen, but it's obviously not entirely impossible.

Vidal's current value at transfermarkt.de is 30m. He isn't leaving for less than 40m and with that kind of money Falcao, Cavani, Benzema are all obtainable. Another question would you sell Marchisio if someone offered similar transfer fee?
