How does this work now, does Conte make the formation and player choices or does Angelo Alessio?
Conte does everything except screaming at the 4th official and giving instructions directly to the players during the match.
He will pick the starting XI, give the half time speech (from his cell phone) and make the subs.

What will be missed is his presence by the line and the impact it has on our players. The rest will be there again.

So that he avoids contact with Conte at half time and wait a bit into the second half to do it.
It will be better if he makes the sub after 5 mintues, Borriello out Ale in. Then in HT Conte is all angry, but the assistant says:"You better stay quiet, I'm still the boss here for the next 45 minutes".

Meh, the world isn't that good

I realy can't stand our coach anymore. now we are in the second place and maybe it's above our expectations, well done,
but don't let it fool you. we are more likely to lose that place and struggle to maintain the last spot for the Champions League (we have Napoli, Lazio and Udinese behind out back). If someone still thinks we can win the Scudetto then please wake up.

I would be less upset if were losing points, but the coach does everything he can to help us win, a genuine effort . for me it seems that he doesn't care enough. what realy is important
for him is to keep giving playing minutes to the players he had faith in while nobody else had, just to show how genious he is and we don't have a clue about football.
Pepe is mediocre at best, and Giaccherini should be no more than a backup. Vucinic hasn't impressed me either, but the grand coach thinks he has "tactical qualities".
Instead of acknowledging the fact that is was a total nonsense to bring in that useless Borriello, he keeps on letting him play.
it's already hard enough for me to accept that Del Piero is being on bench, but if it was for Quagliarella or Matri I can understand because they both have shown to us that they can contribute.

and even if you did the mistake and started Borriello, why wait to the 80th minute to change? why be so stubborn? it can't be that he is satisfied from our performance in the last two months, or maybe he does?
I believe Elia has much more to give than what he is being credited for. sometimes we need an attacking talented player that can change the game. but maybe he doesn't know enough italian to understand the tactical instructions from our coach.:(

we can't score goals if our life depend on it against the weak teams of the Serie A. and it's been like that all year long (except 4-0 against Parma and 3-0 against Palermo, and maybe the 2-0 against Atalanta should be included too).

enough with hearing that we'r doing much better than previous seasons (which is true btw) so I can't complain . he had been given 80 million budget to new players and authority to even be a major part in selecting the players. he was seleted by Angelli in order to succed. if it was acceptable to fail again we could have stayed with Del Neri or Ferrara.

I hope I'm way off and going to be bashed here, but as I see it we'r going downhill.
