Could I just remind people that Conte is under contract at Juve.

Assuming he isn't going to want to leave on bad terms, he won't force his way out of the club.

Therefore, he can only go if Juve agrees to let him leave.

gab marcotti was saying how Conte prepares his team to work so hard during the winter break that although they have a slight dip in January the fitness actually pays off from March onwards
I remember that from last year. He kills them in the summer too, but because it is the start of the season it isn't felt too much.

If anyone thinks Conte would leave his true love (Juve) for a club that sacks it's manager 6 months after winning the CL, you guys are just crazy. Doesn't matter how much money Abramovich offers, Conte would surely want to either stay with us, or go to a club that isn't as trigger happy when it comes to coaches.

IMO barring any bullshit from the FIGC, we should see Conte with us for at least another 5 years.

I'd say another 3, if he wins the CL and a couple more scudetti. Honestly, times are very different now than they were earlier. The game is played differently, manager saturation levels are higher. Competition is so fierce, and more balanced. It takes a lot out of you. Your number of years as a manager at a top club is linked to your winning cycle no matter how good or bad you are. Even a total 5 year cycle at Juve would be like a lifetime for someone like Conte who is all Bianconero. I just don't see him stay motivated beyond a certain timeframe if he wins with frequency. He will seek new challenges and also want to rejuvenate himself elsewhere.

Hes also ambitious and he's realised what he's capable of doing at a bigger club. He's too good to stay in a mediocre league if he doesn't get the talents that he asks for. Theres only so much interest he's going to have training the Padoin's, Peluso's and Giavcherinis of the world when he is given the opportunity to coach a C. Ronaldo. Everyone has their price and a coach has a very different mentality than that of a player.

Juventus boss Antonio Conte will not leave Turin at the end of the season for Chelsea or Real Madrid.

The Italian is being linked with both clubs following his stunning spell in charge of the Old Lady so far.

“There are a lot of rumours, but he’ll stay for at least one more season,” former Novara boss Attilio Tesser told Sport Italia.

“He’s a Juve fan, a symbol for the club and he’ll probably stay to try and win the Champions League for them.

“He’s doing some great things on the bench and he did well to get rid of his preferred 4-2-4 in order to pick a system that was more suitable for his players.”

The Old Lady use a 3-5-2 formation, although critics insist that they are lacking a true finisher in attack.

“People say that is the weak link,” Tesser added. “However, the players they have at their disposal are the strong point for Juve because they move a lot and subsequently favour goals by Claudio Marchisio and Arturo Vidal.

“The attackers are functional to the side’s play.”

Conte: "I wouldn't trade Giaccherini, Padoin and Caceres for anyone...they are integral for my team"
