Just a simple hand gesture by Conte can make a sub, if not easily just telling Paratici or someone else to deliver the message.

Tbh Conte obviously plans everything beforehand. "If this happens, you have to do this" and things like that. But Alessio and Conte's subs are done completely differently at different times in a match, i've seen it happen too many times. And I do think Alessio has some saying when it comes to doing whatever he feels is best for the team at that moment.

Giovinco is great at killing a winning game, but he's extremely weak in deciding a game we arent winning, especially compared to Mirko.

I stand by my comment that he should be used as a sub only. But for a good enough offer (read, we recuperate our spending on him) we shouldnt think twice

That makes you look even more foolish.

I don't think Conte makes the subs when Carrera or Alessio are there because when he's on the sidelines he makes all his subs at the end of the game, whereas when the other two are on the sideline the subs are seemingly made much earlier.

TBH I really thing Carrera and alessio are better in terms of quick on the spot tactic changes compared to conte. But conte is a really good man motivator and team talker
