They can have him back. If Conte wants him in specific I will have doubts about his coaching ability. Thats how much Cuadrado frustrates me. I wish he goes to chelsea just so we dodge this bullet.

by EPL standards yes very good. Koscielny is hailed as the best EPL defender for god's sake. By Chelsea's standards (Current Ivanovic or Zouma), yes he is a lot better. By Juve standards, he is like Cacares or something.

I agree about Cahil and Ivanovic but Cuadrado is at best also a bench option. Pedro would start there. Hazard might be permanently ruined Torres/Falcao style after exposing his mental weakness. He might also leave.

They need a LOT of depth signings if they go with this outdated formation which I doubt they would. Fabregas and Matic have no subs and both are very prone to fall asleep during the last few months of the season (Especially Fab). Zouma just suffered a horrific injury and is very young. Azpi has no bench option. You have oscar and pato on the bench thats about it. The rest are raw youngsters.

United can field

Darmian(Valencia) - Smalling(rojo/Jones) - New CB (Blind/jones) - Shaw (New lb)
Carrick (Snchiedelrin/Blind/Fellaini) - Schweinsteiger (Schniederlin/blind/Fellaini)
Rooney (Valencia/Lindgard) - Mata (Rooney) - Depay (Young/janzuzag)
Martial (Rooney/ New expensive ST)

They have a good starting eleven. LVG just cant make them click well enough the same way Chelsea did not click under Mou and now Hiddink.

Both starting 11 are very close on paper, but UTD has the much bigger bench and again MUCH more money to spend. UTD will start building from finishing 5th, Chelsea from God knows what.

City are the easiest job followed by United and then Chelsea. All of them will have a top 4 finish as their target except City who should be expected to win it.
You are seriously underestimating Cuadrado. As a RM or RWB he is WC. Can do the defensive work and can also cause havoc going forward with his speed and trickery.

That lineup of Manufactouring United players just tells it all. Mata, Rooney and Sweinsteiger are way past their prime and can not be considered top class anymore. Blind, Carrick, Shaw, Jones are nowhere near top class. Smalling, Darmian and maybe Depay are good players and Martial and De Gea are top class players. They have a large squad but its consist of a lot of shitty players.
I would take Shitty, Arseanal, Chelsea and Tottenham before them to be honest. They have already flexed their wallet and they have not improved at all because their is no plan or consistency in their transfer policy.

United have lots of 7-7.5/10 players. A couple 8/10 and then De Gea and Rooney (on his day, which is an increasingly infrequent occurence) are top end players. Martial might be one day but isn't now. Depay maybe, but I'm inclined to say not. Shaw's injury could be preventative. It's not a great selection of players, and it's certainly not a great team or even a very good team. Put simply it's the worst United team I can even remember, and I'm nearly 33. They have lots of depth but it's all the same level of player. That is a bad sign for their prestige, they have twice the money of Juve but are making similarly young signings with the future in mind.

Absolutely no way he's going to play 3-5-2 in winger-heavy EPL

Can see him bringing back his favorite 4-2-4 formation

Courtois
Azpilicueta-CB-Cahill-Baba
Matic-Fabregas
Pedro-Costa-Hazard-LW/Willian

Hazard hates tracking back so i can see deploy him in an SS role(if he stays at Chelsea that is)
Don't think Fabregas working in a two man midfield tbh.

But yeah, can see him going for a 4-2-4.

It's amusing how EPL fans who know nothing of him before he won his first Scudetto think he's going to play a 3-5-2 if he becomes Chelsea's manager.

They'll have to sign some CMs no matter what formation they play, because Fabregas doesn't work in a 2 man central midfield and they don't have the players for a 3 man one right now. But yeah, I agree with those saying it'll be a 4-3-3 or a 4-2-4/4-4-2 depending on what signings they make.

This should be some proper fun next season. Conte gonna finish 10th. These daisies couldn't handle Mou, imagine what happens with a manager who has a style that involves 70% screaming.
